It provides for high performance 17.6Gbps backplane switching architecture with VLAN, port trunking and QoS support. The GSW-5270 also provides support for forming 6 VLAN groups over 8 ports per group. This allows the network administrator to allocate specific ports for specific user groups for simplified network management.
